The Connecticut Raiders, with uniquely experienced coaches who have coached the game of softball at a highly competitive level, has the sole purpose of creating an athletic venue for young women and girls 18 years of age and under, who are committed to striving for the highest level of competition in softball to enhance their character, mental and physical health, sportsmanship and educational opportunities.
The 2013 Raiders Organization has teams at the 12U, 14U, 16U, and 18U levels.

CT Raiders Play in B.A.G.S Scholarship Foundation All-Star Game
Raeanne Geffert (left) and Makayla O'Hara (center) represented Seymour High School and the CT Raiders by being selected to play in the B.A.G.S. Scholarship Foundation All-Star game played in Waterbury June 9, 2013.
Hummel Player of the Game - Katie Koshes
Selected by "The Coach" George DeMaio and broadcasted on ESPN 1300 Radio.
Katie Koshes from Amity High School won The Hummel Hotdog Player of the Game. Katie pitched a great game only giving up 3 hits and getting 10 strikeouts. She also hit a triple to help her own cause to get the win over West Haven High School.

Raeanne Geffert from Seymour High School won The Hummel Hotdog Player of the Game on May 11th. The Freshman pitcher she threw a perfect game. She also had 3 hits and 2 RBIs to help her own cause in a win over Morgan School.
The CT Raiders Coaching Staff wants to welcome back all our 16U and 18U players after their successful high school seasons.

Seymour Middle School Captains
Congratulations to Brittany, Shari and Caitlyn from our CT Raiders 14U team for being selected as captains of the 2013 Seymour Middle School team!
This makes it back to back years that all three captains for the Seymour Middle School team are CT Raiders players.
Coincidence....We don't think so! Your hard work pays off!
CT Raider to play for Albertus Magnus College
Brianna Longley (front right), from Career High School and our CT Raiders 18U team, has signed a letter of intent to play for Albertus Magnus College in 2014.
Also attending the ceremony was Ron Rosarbo (rear right), Career High School Head Coach and CT Raiders President.
CT Raiders To Honor Sandy Hook
All our CT Raiders teams will honor the victims of the Sandy Hook tragedy by proudly wearing these ribbons on our helmets.
Getting Ready for the 2013 Season
In addition to our rigorous practice schedule, our CT Raiders 14U Blue and 16U Blue teams work out with their trainer on Agility, Strength and Conditioning on their "off" day.
